What base/job rate would suit the server best?
Experience Rates (Base/Job)
Rates are one of the most important choice for a server. EarlyRO will be low rate for sure, but that definition is quite vast, please vote in the poll with your opinion on the experience rate you'd like best. You can select multiple answers if you want.
We want players to have a nice experience, a lasting one too so rates should not be too high, on the other hand a lot of players are bored of the grinding. Post the reasoning behind your vote if can.

In my opinion, this gotta stay low, since people don't have acces to trans class. Reaching 99 on a non-trans on a low rate can be easily done if you play too much.

I picked 5. Reasons are as mentioned in your post Early. This should be a low rate, however, it's also hard to ignore that a lot of people are becoming tired of leveling.
While it's also true that reaching 99 on a non-trans server sounds easy. I do expect things to be more like they used to be. As in mobs not giving the same amount of exp as they would on an up-to-date server. Such as wolves as an example. And certain mobs have been restored to their original places, such as skeleton soldiers being in pyramids instead of payon dungeon 2.
These kind of things will delay the leveling process a lot.
People have gotten used to being able to make an archer/mage then head of to geographers to leech up their merchant/acolyte to job 50, but when that map doesn't even exist anymore, that will force them to find optional ways to level. Often slower.

Well, to be honest, any rates are fine for me. Though 15x would be good

Can't decide myself between 3x and 5x. But that's only because I've been for 3 years on a 3/3/3 server.

Any rates you decide is fine for me, i like something around 10x or maybe 15x

If I do an average of the vote I arrive at about 8x.

I voted for 15x rates, but now i think it would be to easy. It should be 7- 10x. So 8x would be perfect!

I decided on 7x, anything higher would be much too fast.
