Which commands do you think we should add?
@Commands available to player
Which @commands would you like to see available to players? I had to regroup a few in the poll since it only allows 10 options.
Here's explanation on each:
@rates (Displays the server rates)
@uptime (Show server uptime)
@showdelay (Shows/Hides the "there is a delay after a skill" message.)
@exp (Displays current levels and % progress.)
@mii (Show Monster info (rates, stats, drops, MVP stuff))
@ii (Show Item info (type, price, etc))
@whodrops (Show who drops an item (mobs with highest drop rate))
@time (Give server time.)
@die (Suicide your character.)
@petrename (Enables you to rename your pet.)
@duel + @accept/@reject/@leave/@invite (Duel organizing commands)
@away (Away messsage)
@main (Main chat)
@showexp (Displays/Hides Experience gained)
@autoloot (Enables/disables autolooting from killed mobs.)
@autotrade (Allows you continue vending offline.)
@changegm (Change Guild Master of your Guild)
@changeleader (Change the leader of your party.)
@pettalk (Command what the player's pet will say.)
@who (Returns list of logged in characters with their position)
@who2 (Returns list of logged in characters with their job.)
@who3 (Returns list of logged in characters with their party/guild.)
@me (// Displays the text as a normal message with the format "*name message*" instead of "name : message" (Like the /me command in IRC))
@dye/@hairstyle/@haircolor (Changes the clothes color, hairstyle and haircolor)
Note: some will only be available if we use the new SVN.
If you think I missed some please suggest them, however note that there are a few I definately don't want such as @warp, @storage.

Re: @Commands available to player
I personally think @who commands should only be available at the start/while the community is still small. Also, only regular @who, no need for them to be able to see where others are or level etc.
As for @petrename and @pettalk, you shouldn't add both. There may be people using their pets to spam and/or advertising etc. For example:
Hope I got my point through with that lol.
Also, @changegm is also another command that could be exploitable during WoE. I suggest having that as a donation thing and/or a zeny paid thing. Preferably pretty expensive if you'd use zeny for it to limit the uses of it. But not as a regular command.
As for @petrename and @pettalk, you shouldn't add both. There may be people using their pets to spam and/or advertising etc. For example:
Player "A" has a poring named "C".
There's another player named "B" just sitting around being afk.
Player "A" renamed his poring to "B".
Player "A" places his poring above player "B".
Starts spamming random stuff.
In the log window, it will look like if player "B" is saying all the stuff, and also on the screen since the "chat bubble" appears above player "B"
Now, player "A" just renames his poring to "C" again and there's no proof that he did it unless you go through logs to look it up.
Hope I got my point through with that lol.

Re: @Commands available to player
Thanks for your input, never thought of that problem with pet talk it's usually used for roleplaying and being cute.
I agree for the @who should only show basically "who's online" and no more info on players, old svn has @who3 as the command that shows players name, guild and party, in the new svn that command is @who.

Re: @Commands available to player
I think you shouldn't give all this comments to all players, just the main ones ( @autoloot, @go, @who3, duel commands ), some more advanced commands could be used for the donators ( @warp, @changegm, @whodrops, etc ) ... but I advise NOT to let the players use the @who command ... because when there's an event like : Find the GM in Prontera, the guy just need to type @who and he will know the GM's exact coordenates

@Cookie
I personally don't like the idea of donators getting extra commands, especially not @warp. And @go shouldn't be among the commands that normal people have either.

Re: @Commands available to player
You may find me a bit old fashion, but basic commands are way enough for a low rates server. Autoloot can be be removed, anyway player wont have 200 drop per kill, they might get 1 or 2 actually. so picking those up is not really a big threat.

Re: @Commands available to player
I personally think that Information commands and basic @who is good because if a low rate, as neki said they are not getting a lot of drop so @autoloot is not really neccesary, and storage should be able via kafra or some npc.

Storage will definately be available via kafra (and no other way).

Re: @Commands available to player
For now the majority goes on information commands and basic stuff, no HR feature like: autoloot, storage, warp, go and so on...

Re: @Commands available to player
Autoloot has 4 votes actually, most server have it, including low rate, it's convenient.
Information command are popular too, they save you from opening a browser to find the information, and they don't affect the gameplay much so it's more than likely that I'll add those.

Re: @Commands available to player
Maybe, but once you think about it you realise it's not needed. For example I already seen a "autoloot ring" it takes an accessory but some lazy player are the kind to use it.

Re: @Commands available to player
But sometimes it's good autoloot, like in the Orc Dungeon

Re: @Commands available to player
I personally prefer autoloot but that's just because I've gotten used to having it. However, I could play without it, it's not really necessary. I don't really see any point of not having it though, the only difference it will do is that lazy people will just ignore to pick up some items. And people who aren't paying too much attention might miss their card.

I love when people miss their cards, or when their card drop and they die from their mobtrain, this always lead to funny story and player end up going again to get it

Re: @Commands available to player
Autoloot with 6 votes seems quite popular I think we will have it, same with the information commands like @ii, @mi, @whodrops and a command to show who's online (but not their location).
@main does not seem very popular, anyone has anything against it? I think it brings a server together since it's basically a "all server chat".

Re: @Commands available to player
I really think we should have @main. It could be useful for people who want information about something. And there might be people who wants to have it as a chat.
Also think it should be activated by default incase someone new to it joins the server.

I suggest you add @ali to the poll (autoloot a specific item)

Not sure that command was available in the old svn, will see depending on which one we use.
