NPC: Warpers?

Warper npc is a convenient way to send players to any town/dungeon. Some servers have choice of the dungeon level but that's a definitive no. Officially the warpers are the Kafra, and they send only to some town, of course players can also walk!

I'm partially for it and partially not. However, there's a special warp npc that requires that you've visited the place before that I could consider.
For example:
Normally, you only have 1 town in the warp npc, Prontera or something like that. Now, after you've visited Payon and talked to the npc there, you'll get access to that warp as well. And if you got to payon dungeon and talk to the npc outside you'll get access to that place as well.
And so on.

However, I still think the warps should cost zeny. But you should also work for each of them by at least visiting the place normally once.

Either that or Kafra in my opinion. The vote went for warp npc that costs.

I agree on the visit once warper, player can spend a load of money on their kafra and then have their warps. You could also still make it have a cost once you got the warp (Private company ftw) I don't know much people that warp you for free, even kafra don't.

You must visit the place at first ... and you only can be warped to the entrance, not to the last level and btw, Neki where did you get that nick ?? It was my old nickname !! hahah

I voted warper with a fee depending on where your warping(dugions x amount of zeny/ towns y amount of zeny/ no field and you cant choose the lvl of dugeon you wanna warp in.)because warpers are so common to come to a server without a warper some low rate players might not wanna try earlyro
1)As I've prevoiusly said in another topic they might not know where to go to visit their favorite dugenons
2)Maybe for dungeons you can warp people on the map the dungeon entrance is but not in front of the dungeon

I voted for the must visit warper thing for the simple reason that it's a low rate server.
We can't afford to have a free warper!
